Completely suggested, quite attentive support and food items with a wide variety and very delicious. If you plan to stay in Otsu you shold stay at Yumotokan.

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members in the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests were being normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a problem. Very good hotel and wonderful location. I Certainly suggest this place!

Super hotel, every thing is close by. Staff members are super friendly and well prepared and talk good English. You will find activities every single evening and it´s a very good way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s very slight. Good quality for the money!
